The design team for the Newell Hall Renovations also includes Moses & Associates (Mechanical / Electrical Engineer), Walter P Moore (Structural Engineer), Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc. (Civil Engineer) and David Conner & Associates, Inc. (Landscape Architect).
The Construction Manager (CM) for the Newell Hall Renovations, Ajax Building Corporation, has completed more than a dozen major projects on the UF campus. This experience includes Heavener and Hough Halls for the College of Business, as well as several renovation projects such as Weimer Hall, Ustler Hall and Weil Hall. Both Ajax’s President and Vice President are graduates of the University of Florida, and appreciate the opportunity to work at their alma mater. STUDENT ADVISORY BOARD
The Newell Hall Student Advisory Board serves as the student representatives tasked with advising the Dean of Students Office in the management of the building and in addition will serve as the student decision makers throughout the design and construction process of the Newell Hall project.
